Yes, it’s that time of year…time to decorate cookies and make swag!  We all (minus George because he had to work) went to my mom’s house on Sunday.

And yes, my mom’s house is covered in holiday decorations!

Nutcrackers, stockings, two trees and basically a city of houses under the trees.  Balls to the wall, mom, balls to the wall.

First up…COOKIES!

After decorating cookies, my mom wanted me to take a picture of all the kids together.   Well, as you probably know, taking pictures of kids can be a disaster…and this time was no different.

We tried to get the kids organized:

Then Tim decided to be in the picture…that did NOT help.

Natalie’s and Kaz’s faces are perfect.  I also love that Max is right in the middle of everything. OMFG.

Then we lost some kids:

Obviously, Kaz loved every single minute.  But even when there were only two kids, we couldn’t get them to look at the camera AND smile at the same time.

Seriously?  Seriously?!!!

After traumatizing the kids, we all bundled up to go outside!!  It was f*cking freezing.

Julia is starting to dress herself…and she’s all ready for Valentine’s Day!

She can also be pass for Rainbow Bright!

While everyone was bundled up, this was my choice of footwear:

Go me.  And yes, I have moles on my feet.  Don’t be jealous.

As usual, Hart was very serious about making his swag.

After I took that picture of Jeff and Tomoe, Tomoe said “now we have one romantic picture for 2013.”  Way to set the bar high.

And here’s our holiday swag!!!

I hate the color of our door, but I think the holly berries help make it look a bit better.

Dear Santa, please replace our door.  I’d like a black one.  Thanks.
