It Might Rot Your Teeth Out

On Saturday, I made an extremely easy dessert that everyone loved.  The best part, even really f*cking lazy people can pull this one together…promise.

They’re called No-Bake Cookie Bars and they taste like cookie dough.

You only need a few ingredients:

I ended up doubling the recipe so I used another bag of Golden Oreos, another can of sweetened condensed milk and another bag of white chocolate chips.  Balls to the wall.

I started by smashing all the Oreos in the food processor:

I had to smash them in several batches because I had so many Oreos, but it worked just fine.

Then I melted the white chocolate with the sweetened condensed milk:

It only takes a few minutes for it to turn into this:

And then you pour that over the crushed Oreos!!!

Mix it together and let it cool for a bit.  I could have eaten all of that…by myself.  I added the chocolate chips.

And stirred that together as best I could, without melting the chocolates too much.  Then I pressed it into a 9×13 pan lined with tin foil and sprayed with Pam.

The dough kind of ended up a little marbled, which I didn’t mind.  And then I pressed mini chocolate chips on top…

I put it in the fridge for 20-30 minutes and ended up with this:

And then this:

I ended up having to cut those squares into thirds because they are kind of rich.  That didn’t stop me from eating about 30 of them, though.

Seriously good.

  1. Ummmm…. Why did you do this to me? You know as soon as I get paid tomorrow I may just have to go buy all the ingredients to this recipe…and probably a food processor…I think it’s time I get one.

  2. Oh good night…that looks so good!

speaking of cooking, have you seen this site?
it may not be appropriate for work, depending on the cursing policy at your job.
