I mentioned that on Sunday, my sister and I made laundry detergent.  In all honesty, I didn’t make a f*cking thing because I was too busy playing with this lady:

I know, someone should report me to STFU, Parents but I just can’t help myself.

Anyway, Em made a huge tub of the laundry detergent I made last February.  Remember that?  Amazingly, I still have some left!

And I even gave a small container of it to my sister.  I don’t do that much laundry, but it’s so nice not having to buy laundry soap…ever.  When we moved, we bought a new washer and dryer and wanted to try a liquid detergent.  Naturally, I’m too cheap to buy liquid detergent so I went to Pinterest.

And last night (when I wasn’t distracted by an adorable baby) I mixed up a batch of this liquid detergent.  There is also a super-concentrated recipe as well.

It seriously took less than 10 minutes and requires only 3 ingredients.

That you mix with hot water in an empty container:

And then add cold water to fill the bottle.

I want to pick up a better container, but this was really easy and I can’t wait to see how it works on our laundry.  I didn’t do the math, but someone commented that a gallon sized batch of this stuff costs only 17 cents!!

WHOA BALLS.  INCREDIBLE.
