HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!!!
I know it’s not cool to say and it’s kind of Debbie Downer of me, but think this “holiday” is totally ridiculous. I hate being “forced” to tell people I love them, so I try to do as little love sharing as possible. George buys me a card and maybe flowers (even though I tell him not to) and I usually make him a treat.
This year, we’re having a $3.98 Valentine’s Day. First up, cherry dip cones from Dairy Queen!!!
They were $3.98…our entire budget. Okay, I didn’t make a budget, but that’s all we ended up spending. Perfect.
Earlier today, George got a free code for movies at Redbox!! We love Redbox and we each have our own account. That way, when we get a movie code, we get 2 free movies!!!
So tonight we’ll be watching Taken 2 and Alex Cross.
Some pretty romantic movies, right?
