On Friday, I headed to Portland to meet up with my baby-shower-throwing-partners, Laura and Tomoe. We wanted to meet up to go over some last minute baby shower details and do a little crafting. All the kids were there so it was basically chaos…which I loved.
I asked Kai to pose for the camera:
I don’t know what kind of pose that is, but I think he has a future in modeling.
Kai and Julia played football:
Kaz did a little cross-dressing:
And Natalie was irresistible as usual.
I don’t think she likes them touching her…I don’t blame her, kids are gross.
The grandparents joined us and forced the grandkids into taking a group picture:
After hours of playing with the dumb kids, I put Laura and Tomoe to work because I wanted to make some tissue balls for the shower.
And they looked beautiful!
The kids loved our crafting project…
And they really loved it when stomped on the tissue balls and it didn’t ruin them. Kids are monsters.
Throwing a shower (or any kind of party) is waaaaay more fun when you do it with other people…even if kids are involved.
Love the tissue balls! Is that a pinterest project??
Totally a Pinterest project!!!
Looks like a blast! Yall did a great job with the decorations, food, etc. As always you looked beautiful, you have such great hair and a smile!.
Thank you, thank you!!!
