I May Not Look Like a Runner

Or eat like a runner or run like a runner, BUT I MANAGED TO CRANK OUT 15 MILES YESTERDAY!


I almost died and my legs are killing me, but I did it.  On the treadmill.


And I got pretty sweaty.  Gross.

I can’t even imagine having to run 11.2 miles more than that in October.  Mad props to all you marathoners out there…MAD PROPS.

  3. Props to you on the 15 miles!!!! That is no small feat; I’ve done 2 marathons and I still get anxious before any run longer than a half!! Way to go!!!!

    WOOOTTT!! I think once you hit 10 on the treadmill anything after that you just kind of forget you’re on the treadmill.

    • Well, I mostly tried to focus on watching the Olympics…that helped a lot. And then I felt like I might die, but I just kept going. It took me a really long time and I don’t know how I’m going to make it through the marathon in October. That is going to be scary.
