April was a pretty busy month for me so I was so happy to find out that my mileage increased! On another note, so did my weight. Perfect.
Fortunately, my mileage increased without having to include the times I ran around in my pajamas and running shoes. Pretty cool. Here’s the breakdown:
Running miles: 38.64
Biking miles: 35.1
Total miles: 73.74
Total yearly miles: 269.63
so fun when you run more and your weight increases….fun fun
