I made it through another workout! Yay me! It wasn’t anything crazy, just a short run:
And then I decided to pump some iron.
A little biceps.
And a little chest, back and triceps.
I wanted to see if I could see my bulging muscles after that hardcore workout (it wasn’t really) so I decided to take another picture.
I don’t really see any muscles bulging at all. What a rip off.
Apparently I’ll have to lift weights more than one time to see results. That’s unfortunate, I was hoping for a miracle.
