The Hair Story

Last week, I got my hair done…finally.  I usually schedule an appointment the minute I start seeing my roots, but, for some reason, I waited a really long time and let my hair fade to this:

I know, what a disaster, right?

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I was to be sitting in the salon like this last Friday:

And before I knew it, my hair was looking SO MUCH BETTER!

That is my hair after I was done coloring it.  After that (and for the first time ever), I had extensions put in my hair!

Two different colors on both sides of my head.  It’s kind of cool because the extensions don’t damage your hair like highlights, they don’t fade and you can put in whatever color you want.  I wanted mine to sort of peek through my hair.  They look like this when my hair’s straight:

And this when my hair is curled:

I’m pretty pleased with these bad boys and I’m hoping to put in some blue and purple next time.  Love it!

i dig it, a little rock n roll. you look tough like i wouldnt want to run into you in a dark backlit alley. but then id see it was you and G would be there taking pictures of himself so i wouldn’t be scared.

I really like your hair. I was wondering if you got the extensions through a salon or bought them somewhere and then took it to a salon and go them put in..

I really like them I was wanting to get highlights but have been thinking extensions because I dont like the way red and blonde fade in my hair

    Thanks Jamie

    • I got them at a salon…my stylist gave me 5 for $20, but she cuts them in half so it’s really 10 for $20. Not a bad deal and I they don’t fade at all, which is great! I hate the fade.
